As with all Rent Guarantee Policies you must have a tenant reference before you can arrange this policy, and we can only accept references carried out by NLA Tenant Check. There are other Terms and Conditions that you must agree to abide by in order to ensure that your policy responds in the unfortunate event that you have to make a claim, and these are all detailed clearly once you have registered your interest.
